The house dates from 1669, was restored in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, directly in contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural hamlet surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards and is situated 300 meters from the river Brenno. It is ideal for spending days with family, friends or for study or work groups.

The house is separated into two apartments with independent entrances. One apartment is around 200 square meters and the smaller one 45 square meters. The two apartments can be accessed from the inside and rented together in order to have use of the whole house.

The large apartment can accommodate up to 12 people. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen with a fireplace and dining area, a large hall and a sunny south-facing terrace. The four bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony are situated on the first floor.

Kitchen

Large kitchen with fireplace. Ideal for cooking and eating in a group. The kitchen is equipped for 12 people. There is an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, blender and mixer and a raclette and fondue set for 12 people.

Living room

Large and bright living room with views of the countryside. Ideal for family reunions, spending time with friends or in work groups.

Bedroom 1

Room for three people furnished with a double bed (made up with two single beds), another single bed and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2

Room for three people furnished with a double bed (made up with two single beds), another single bed and a large chest of drawers and a clothes hanger.

Bedroom 3

Room for two people with en-suite bathroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub.

Bedroom 4

Room for two people furnished with a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a clothes hanger.

Bathroom

The shared bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a bathtub.

Garden

The garden in front of the house is reserved for the guests staying in the large apartment.

Free parking for 4 cars close to the apartment.

Additional beds

The apartment has 10 beds distributed in the four bedrooms. If necessary, two additional folding beds are available. A travel cot is also available for small children.

The small apartment can accommodate four people. It consists of a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, a sauna, a bathroom, an outdoor porch and a small garden for exclusive use.

Cozy kitchen/living room with views of the countryside and direct exit to the porch. The kitchen is equipped with crockery for 6 people, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender and mixer and a raclette set for 4 people.

The bathroom has a sink and toilet.

Sauna

The sauna has a plunge tub, a shower and a sink. Access to the tub is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Orchard

The property includes a fenced orchard of 1.700 square meters, 150 meters away from the house. It is ideal for picnics in the shade of the trees and for the children to play.

Cellar

A cellar is situated in an out-house is ideal for storage of drinks and other foodstuffs.

Grotto

600 meters from the house, up the hill, there is a typical grotto: a building that was used in the past to preserve meats, cheese and wine. The grotto has a characteristic outdoor stone table covered by a grape pergola. It is ideal for picnics during hot summer days.

There are two storage areas available for bicycles, prams etc.

From the A2 motorway

Take the exit towards Biasca. Follow the signs towards Lucomagno. At the roundabout take the first exit, always in the direction of Lucomagno. After 2.6 km turn left towards "Semione-Ludiano". After another 2.6 km, once in Semione, take the first road on the right and follow the map with directions.

From the Lucomagno Pass

Arriving from the north along the local road, once you reach Malvaglia, turn right towards "Semione" and follow the map with directions.

Take the train to Biasca. Take bus 132 (Autolinee Bleniesi) towards Motto-Ludiano. Get off after 10 minutes at the "Semione, Cantonetto" stop and follow the map with directions.
